Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your region and fulfillment center.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing syntorashop2025@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After shipping, address changes are no longer possible.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
